Prayer for Advent
Dear Heavenly Father, this Advent season, we especially are in need of peace. War rages on in our world. It impacts the daily lives of millions in different ways. This year, as much as ever, we need Jesus, Prince of Peace, in our world and in our hearts. During Advent in 2022, we pray that Jesus transforms our world as we await His coming again.
God, be with me today. Help my heart be open to the ways Jesus is at work in my life. Amen.
Narraburra Christmas Cheer!
We were so proud of our amazing Year 7, 8 & 9 students who shared the Christmas spirit with the residents from Narraburra on Tuesdayafternoon. It was so exciting to see the smailes and joy on the faces of the residents as so many of our youngsters entertained them singing and dancing, dressed for Christmas. It was such a leisure to bring such joy once again this year!

Sharing Mass donation
Thank you to so much for all of your very generous donations. We are a very generous, giving community who support others in need. We should be so very proud of that. We managed to raise $539 to support the local Temora chapter of the St Vincent de Paul society. I’m sure that this will be greatly appreciated by the families who benefit from your generosity this Christmas season.
Christmas Mass volunteers required
A note was sent home recently requesting volunteers for this year’s Christmas Eve Parish Mass in the park. Your support would be greatly appreciated. All school aged children, including high school students, are invited to take part.
If you are interested in your child being involved could you please reply to Miss Anne Sleigh at amsleigh@gmail.com or on 0457 450 269.
Year 6 Celebration/Graduation Mass
We congratulate the Year 6 students on their graduation. They will celebrate Mass to mark this milestone with their families this Friday and we wish them well as they move into High School. They have had an amazing time during Year 7 Orientation and we’re sure they’re ready for this new challenge. Congratulations!
Year 10 Celebration/Graduation Mass
We congratulate our Year 10 students who will celebrate their Mass next Tuesday evening. We wish Year 10 all the best as they move into the next chapter. We have been truly blessed by the amazing leadership of our current Year 10 class and look forward to all that their next adventures bring.
